Complete Sports and Management’s shares started trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange’s (BSE’s) dedicated platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on a positive note. They are listed at ₹139 apiece, translating into a premium of 2.96%.

Complete Sports and Management India initial public offering (IPO) opened for public subscription on 28 August and closed on 1 September. It received a moderate response from investors, with the issue getting oversubscribed by 3.45 times overall. The retail portion was subscribed 1.75 times, while the non-institutional investors (NII) quota got subscribed 2.66 times. Qualified institutional investors (QIBs) bid strongly, with their portion getting subscribed 7.34 times.
The SME IPO comprised entirely of a fresh issue of 56 lakh equity shares. The company raised a total of ₹74.93 crore through this public offering.
Complete Sports and Management’s IPO price band was set between ₹128 and ₹135 per share.
