GAMP Services Files DRHP For IPO; FY26 Revenue Rises 28.35% As Profit Reaches ₹10.97 Crore
GAMP Services files its IPO draft prospectus as FY26 revenue rises 28.35% to ₹45.81 crore and profit reaches ₹10.97 crore.

GAMP Services is preparing for a possible market debut, with its proposed IPO intended to back investment in validation equipment, technology and manufacturing. The expansion of its operations adds another dimension to the story. Alongside its established compliance services, the company is producing data loggers. But growth brings questions of its own. Customer concentration and the delivery of planned expansion remain important factors to watch.

GAMP Services Limited has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for a proposed initial public offering. The Vadodara-based company provides validation, qualification and instrumentation solutions to businesses operating in regulated manufacturing industries.

The public issue comprises a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale by existing shareholders. The company intends to use the proceeds to strengthen its operational capabilities and pursue potential acquisitions.

Its business serves pharmaceutical, medical device, food and beverage manufacturers, alongside customers in high-technology industries such as aerospace, electronics, electric vehicles and renewable energy.

The proposed issue consists of the following:

The selling shareholders are promoters Sanjeevkumar Mahendrakumar Patel, Girish Agrawal and Gaurav M Shah. The shares have a face value of ₹10 each.

The company's restated financial statements show continued growth in FY26.

Services remain central to the business, covering clean-room and thermal validation, computer system validation, data integrity and bio-decontamination. Data logger manufacturing commenced in FY27, adding a product-manufacturing component to its existing services and distribution operations.

GAMP Services has set aside ₹40.05 crore for equipment and IT hardware across its services and data logger manufacturing divisions. That is not the only planned use of the funds. Unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes are also on the list, although the final allocation remains undecided.

Customer concentration poses a separate concern. According to the DRHP, the company’s ten largest customers accounted for 42% of FY26 revenue. Its reliance on global original equipment manufacturers for distribution products adds another layer of supplier-related risk. Then there are the proposed acquisitions. None has been identified yet, leaving the planned expansion dependent on execution.
