Mumbai-based consumer appliance company Atomberg Technologies has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offering (IPO) comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹450 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 7.65 crore equity shares by existing investors.

The company may also raise up to ₹90 crore through a pre-IPO placement. If completed, the pre-IPO amount will be deducted from the fresh issue size rather than added to it.

ICICI Securities, Avendus Capital and IIFL Capital Services are the book-running lead managers for the Atomberg Technologies IPO.

  • FY26 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA): ₹37.12 crore, down from ₹51.35 crore in FY25

  • FY26 restated loss: ₹148.88 crore, narrowed from ₹199.08 crore in FY24

Founded by Manoj Meena in 2012, with Sibabrata Das joining as co-founder in 2013, Atomberg is a deep-tech and research-and-development-led consumer appliance company manufacturing mixer grinders, water purifiers and cold-pressed juicers. Through its subsidiary Atomberg Innovations, it also supplies proprietary motors and controllers to enterprise customers, including Voltas, Godrej and Blue Star.

As of March 2026, it had approximately 626 distributors and direct dealers and 46,932 retail touchpoints across nearly 1,600 cities and towns, with a service network covering more than 18,000 pin codes. Tier 2 and smaller cities accounted for 49.57% of offline consumer appliance revenue in FY26.

According to a Redseer report cited in the DRHP, Atomberg held an estimated 46.08% market share in India's premium fan segment in FY26 by cumulative sales value.
