Anchor Offshore Services Files DRHP For IPO With 64 Lakh Fresh Shares
Anchor Offshore Services files IPO papers with SEBI to raise funds for working capital

Anchor Offshore Services has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising 64 lakh fresh shares and a 6-lakh-share OFS. The company plans to use ₹82.5 crore of the fresh proceeds for working capital.

Anchor Offshore Services has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offering (IPO).

The Mumbai-based engineering services company plans to raise fresh capital mainly to meet its working capital needs.

The Anchor Offshore Services IPO will comprise a fresh issue of 64 lakh shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 6 lakh shares by the promoters.

Anchor Offshore Services plans to use ₹82.5 crore from the fresh issue proceeds towards long-term working capital requirements. Another ₹3 crore has been earmarked for repayment of debt, while the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

As of 14 August 2026, the company's total fund-based outstanding borrowings stood at ₹8.88 crore, according to the DRHP filed on 15 September.

Promoted by Narothamdas Chanillo, Anchor Offshore Services works on engineering projects and supplies equipment, spare parts and specialised manpower to customers in the oil and gas, defence and power sectors.

Its work covers offshore platforms, drilling rigs, refineries, shipyards, marine vessels and other industrial facilities.

The company had an order book of ₹217.2 crore as of June 2026. This represented the unexecuted portion of 57 projects with a combined value of ₹628.3 crore. Work worth ₹411.1 crore had already been completed from these orders.

Anchor Offshore Services reported a decline in both revenue and profit in FY26. Revenue fell 24.4% to ₹105.8 crore from ₹140 crore a year earlier.

Profit after tax dropped 37.6% to ₹8.03 crore from ₹12.9 crore in FY25.

Nirbhay Capital Services has been appointed as the merchant banker for the proposed Anchor Offshore Services IPO.
