Technocraft Ventures Ltd. Q1 FY27 Results: PAT Up 14.56% To ₹10.70 Crore

Newly listed Technocraft Ventures Ltd. reported a PAT of ₹10.70 crore in Q1 FY27, up 14.56% year-on-year, while EBITDA rose 16.36% to ₹18.49 crore.
The newly listed Technocraft Ventures Ltd. reported strong bottom-line growth in the June quarter on Wednesday. The profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹10.70 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹9.34 crore in the same quarter last year. That marks a 14.56% increase.
The company's stock also ended higher on Wednesday. The Technocraft Ventures share price closed at ₹375, gaining ₹0.80, or 0.21%, on 2 September 2026. The stock moved between ₹368.35 and ₹381 during the session.
How Did Technocraft Ventures Perform In Q1 FY27?
The company recorded ₹92.70 crore in operating income for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The figure was ₹90.67 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY26, up 2.24%.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) also moved higher, rising 16.36% to ₹18.49 crore from ₹15.89 crore. Profit before tax (PBT) rose 15.76% to ₹14.47 crore, against ₹12.50 crore a year earlier.
The June quarter performance came as the company continued to see activity in the tendering process. In June 2026, the company received a Letter of Award worth ₹14,870.05 lakh for an underground sewerage project covering Town Planning Schemes 1, 2 and 3 of the Bhubaneswar Development Authority.
What Is Driving Technocraft Ventures' Order Book?
Managing Director Sanjay Tyagi said the company's growing order book reflects its experience in sewerage solutions and water supply systems, as well as its position as a turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor.
The company expects infrastructure development, particularly in water supply and sewerage, to provide opportunities in the coming quarters. It said government spending in these areas is aimed at strengthening urban infrastructure, connectivity and living conditions.
The June order covers EPC work for an underground sewerage system, along with the subsequent operation and maintenance of the system. The project was awarded by the Bhubaneswar Development Authority.
Tyagi said the company expects its order book to increase further and sees opportunities to leverage its existing expertise as new infrastructure opportunities emerge.
