Stocks To Watch For 8 July: HCL Technologies, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers, Uno Minda And More

Markets ended slightly lower on 7 July as profit booking halted a four-day rally. Investors will track HCL Tech, RCF, Cochin Shipyard, Uno Minda, ideaForge and other companies after key corporate announcements.

Indian equity benchmarks ended lower on 7 July, snapping a four-session winning streak as late-session profit booking erased early gains. The Sensex fell 104.35 points (0.13%) to close at 78,180.72, while the Nifty 50 declined 31.15 points (0.13%) to settle at 24,398.70.

HCL Technologies

HCLSoftware has completed its acquisition of Jaspersoft. Following the acquisition, the embedded analytics and reporting platform will operate under Actian, HCL Technologies' data and AI business.

Rashtriya Chemicals And Fertilizers

The board of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹1,500 crore through a Further Public Offering (FPO). The fundraising remains subject to approvals from shareholders, the Department of Fertilisers, and the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM).

Uno Minda

Uno Minda has announced its entry into the passenger vehicle seating systems segment. The company plans to invest around ₹320 crore in a greenfield manufacturing facility at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

ideaForge

Drone manufacturer ideaForge Technology has launched a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to raise up to ₹500 crore. The indicative issue price has been fixed at ₹795 per equity share, representing a discount of approximately 5.4% to the NSE closing price on 7 July 2026.

Poonawalla Fincorp

Poonawalla Fincorp has approved the issuance of unsecured, redeemable, rated, listed, subordinated non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth up to ₹200 crore through a private placement. The proceeds will qualify as Tier II capital.

Advait Energy

Advait Energy Transitions has secured a turnkey contract worth ₹51.62 crore from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (DGVCL). The project includes the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11kV 55mm² AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC), along with associated works.

EMS

EMS has emerged as the lowest bidder (L-1) for a sewerage infrastructure project awarded by the Delhi Jal Board. The estimated contract value stands at around ₹158.29 crore, inclusive of GST.

Silver Touch Technologies has received an order from RITES Ltd to design, develop and implement PARAKH, an AI-powered platform for detailed project report (DPR) appraisal and intelligence.

Epigral

Epigral has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Epigral Advanced Materials Ltd, to manufacture chemicals. The company received the Certificate of Incorporation from the Central Registration Centre, Registrar of Companies, on 7 July and disclosed the development in accordance with SEBI's Listing Regulations.
