Saregama India Q1 2026-27 Results: Revenue Growth Surpasses FY27 Guidance; Reports 41% Jump in Q1 FY27 Profit

Saregama India Q1 2026-27 Results: Saregama India Ltd. reported a strong set of earnings for the first quarter of FY27, with its consolidated net profit rising 40.6% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹51.6 crore, compared to ₹36.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The company also posted 25.7% YoY revenue growth during the quarter, exceeding its full-year FY27 revenue growth guidance of 20% to 25%. The performance was driven by continued monetisation of its music catalogue, digital content library, and improved operating leverage.

The sharp rise in profitability reflects the company's ability to translate higher revenue into stronger earnings, positioning it ahead of its targeted growth trajectory for the current financial year.

Separately, Saregama strengthened its presence in the digital entertainment segment by increasing its stake in Pocket Aces. In July 2026, the company acquired an additional 4.82% stake for ₹20.05 crore, taking its ownership to 95.76% from 90.93%.

The acquisition further consolidates Saregama's position in the creator-led digital content space, complementing its core music and entertainment business. With a strong start to FY27, the company remains well placed to sustain growth across its music, video, and digital media businesses.
