Pidilite Industries Q1 2026-27 Results: Net Profit Climbs 29.7% To ₹872 Crore; Revenue Up 21%

Pidilite Industries reported a strong Q1 FY27 performance, with consolidated net profit rising 29.7% YoY to ₹872.41 crore and revenue growing 21.3%. EBITDA margin improved to 26.23%, while both its Consumer & Bazaar and B2B businesses posted healthy growth.
Pidilite Industries Q1 FY27 Results: Adhesives maker Pidilite Industries Ltd. reported a strong set of earnings for the June quarter (Q1 FY27) on Tuesday, August 4, with consolidated net profit rising nearly 30% year-on-year, while revenue grew over 21% on healthy demand across its consumer and business segments.
The company's consolidated net profit rose 29.74% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹872.41 crore in the June quarter, compared with ₹672.41 crore in the corresponding period last year, according to a regulatory filing.
Revenue from operations increased 21.27% YoY to ₹4,551.55 crore, up from ₹3,753.10 crore in the year-ago quarter.
At the operating level, EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) rose 26.88% YoY to ₹1,194 crore from ₹941 crore a year earlier. EBITDA margin expanded to 26.23% from 25.07% in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Segment Performance
The Consumer & Bazaar (C&B) business reported 22.5% growth in revenue during the quarter, with underlying volume growth (UVG) of 12.2%.
Revenue from the Business-to-Business (B2B) segment increased 16% YoY, while underlying volume growth stood at 7.3%.
Management Commentary
Commenting on the results, Managing Director Sudhanshu Vats said the company began FY27 on a strong footing, supported by broad-based growth across both the Consumer & Bazaar and Business-to-Business segments. He said domestic demand remained resilient, driven by healthy performance in urban and rurban markets, while continued investments in brand building and business development strengthened the company's market presence.
Vats added that disciplined execution helped the company balance investments in innovation, people and supply chain capabilities with prudent cost management. He said Pidilite continues to monitor raw material inflation, freight costs and global supply chain disruptions, while remaining confident that proactive measures will help sustain growth momentum.
Pidilite Industries Share Price
Shares of Pidilite Industries were trading 0.27% lower at ₹1,638.10 apiece on the NSE at around 2:48 pm on Tuesday. The company had a market capitalisation of ₹1.67 lakh crore at the time of writing.
