PC Jeweller shares came under pressure after the company disclosed administrative warning letters from SEBI over a database-related compliance lapse. The company said its trading window remained closed during the relevant period.

Shares of PC Jeweller Limited dropped over 4% on 02 November 2026, after the company disclosed that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) had issued administrative warning letters to its promoter and managing director, and its company secretary and compliance officer.
