Patanjali Foods Q1 FY27 Results: Consolidated revenue increased 29.3% to ₹11,337.45 crore. Operating EBITDA grew 69.2% to ₹543.40 crore. Revenue from both edible oils and biscuits during the quarter was the highest ever.
Patanjali Foods' consolidated revenue was ₹11,337.45 crore at the end of the June quarter, a 29% rise from ₹8,765.94 crore a year ago. Gross profit rose 35.22% year-on-year to ₹1,521.97 crore, and the gross margin stood at 13.42%. Operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew faster than revenue, increasing 69.2% to ₹543.40 crore.
Consolidated profit before tax stood at ₹453.22 crore, compared with ₹248.57 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit after tax came in at ₹335.73 crore, against ₹180.36 crore a year earlier.
Patanjali Foods Q1 FY 2026-27: Performance Summary
Edible oils remained the company's biggest business by revenue, with Q1 revenue rising 27.28% year-on-year to ₹8,504.72 crore. The segment also grew 2.17% sequentially.
Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) revenue increased 35.39% year-on-year to ₹2,937.75 crore. Biscuits revenue rose 27.33% to ₹560.14 crore and was also up 17.21% from the previous quarter.
Nutrela textured soya sales increased 14.31% year-on-year to ₹159.55 crore. On a sequential basis, sales jumped nearly 50%.
Management Commentary And Stock Price
The company said edible oils and biscuits recorded their highest-ever quarterly revenue in Q1 FY27. CEO Sanjeev Asthana attributed the performance to continued brand-building efforts and expansion of distribution.
The board also re-appointed Acharya Balkrishna as Chairman and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval. The company's 40th AGM is scheduled for 29 September 2026.
The board declared a third interim dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share for FY26 and a first interim dividend of ₹0.80 per share for FY27. Both dividends have a record date of 21 August 2026, and are to be paid on or before 12 September 2026.
At the close of trading day on 14 August, Patanjali Foods' share price was ₹352.0 on the National Stock Exchange.
