Reliance Industries
Reliance Industries and UK-based aerospace company Rolls-Royce have announced plans to work together on developing an indigenous combat aircraft engine for India's Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) programme. The proposed partnership marks a potential entry into the defence aerospace propulsion space and supports India's push for greater domestic capability in military aviation.
Voltas
Voltas reported a 52.2% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit for the June quarter, reaching ₹214 crore compared with ₹140 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations increased 18.7% year-on-year to ₹4,673.5 crore, up from ₹3,938.6 crore.
Eicher Motors
Royal Enfield, Eicher Motors' motorcycle brand, has introduced an updated version of the Continental GT 650 in India. The refreshed café racer comes with styling and convenience-related changes and is offered in four colour options. Prices for the updated motorcycle start at ₹3,58,427 (ex-showroom).
NMDC
State-owned iron ore producer NMDC recorded a 2% year-on-year increase in standalone net profit to ₹2,007 crore for the quarter ended June 2026. Profit stood at ₹1,969 crore in the year-ago period.
Patanjali Foods
Patanjali Foods posted an 86% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹335.7 crore, compared with ₹180.4 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations climbed 29% to ₹11,337.5 crore, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 69% to ₹543.3 crore.
Kitex Garments
Kitex Garments has received board approval to raise up to ₹3,000 crore through a qualified institutional placement (QIP). The fundraising proposal was approved on Friday, 14 August.
Turtlemint Fintech Solutions
Turtlemint Fintech Solutions reported a consolidated net loss of ₹38 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, narrowing from ₹47 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations rose 40% year on year to ₹294 crore during the first quarter of FY27, compared with ₹210 crore in Q1 FY26.
Cochin Shipyard
Cochin Shipyard reported a 27.7% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹135.8 crore for the June quarter, compared with ₹187.9 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations fell 6.9% to ₹910 crore from ₹977 crore in the corresponding period.
Schneider Electric Infrastructure
Schneider Electric Infrastructure reported a 69.84% year-on-year decline in profit after tax (PAT) attributable to owners of the company. It fell to ₹12.44 crore in the June quarter from ₹41.24 crore a year earlier. Despite the decline in profitability, revenue from operations increased 4.78% year on year to ₹651.36 crore, compared with ₹621.63 crore in the same quarter last year.
IndusInd Bank
The Reserve Bank of India has levied a monetary penalty of ₹59.20 lakh on IndusInd Bank. The penalty relates to non-compliance with certain provisions of the central bank's directions concerning interest rates on deposits and the securitisation of standard assets.
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services reported a 33% year-on-year decline in net profit to ₹17.5 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. Profit stood at ₹26.1 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue from operations, however, increased 27.5% year on year to ₹423.3 crore from ₹332 crore in Q1 FY26.
