Onix Solar Energy Q2 FY27 Results: Revenue Falls To ₹32.42 Crore As Company Reports ₹1.49 Crore Net Profit

Onix Solar Energy reported Q2 FY27 revenue of ₹32.42 crore, down year-on-year. Net profit turned positive at ₹1.49 crore. First-half revenue rose to ₹126.94 crore.
Onix Solar Energy Limited reported revenue of ₹32.42 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 compared with ₹43.48 crore a year earlier, a reduction of 25.4%. Sales also declined to ₹32.42 crore from ₹43.37 crore in the year-ago quarter.
The company reported a net profit of ₹1.49 crore, against a net loss of ₹0.74 crore in Q2 FY26. Its earnings per share (EPS) from continuing operations improved to ₹0.40 from a loss of ₹0.37 per share in the same quarter last year.
The Onix Solar Energy share price closed at ₹371.20 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on 8 October 2026. This was a jump of 4.53% from the previous close of ₹355.10.
How Did Onix Solar Perform In The First Half Of FY27?
The Onix Solar revenue for the first half that ended on 30 September 2026 increased to ₹126.94 crore from ₹88.79 crore in the corresponding period last year. This was a jump of 43%. Sales rose to ₹126.93 crore from ₹88.47 crore.
Net profit for the first half stood at ₹22.39 crore, compared with ₹0.19 crore a year earlier, an increase of more than 100 times. Basic and diluted EPS from continuing operations increased to ₹6.07 from ₹0.05 in the year-ago period.
What Does Onix Solar Energy Do?
Onix Solar Energy's main business is manufacturing solar modules and developing Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects. On the product side, it offers solar modules with high levels of sunlight conversion efficiency, while on the project side it undertakes development of utility-scale solar power projects.
