Lotus Chocolate Q2 Results FY27: Sales fall to ₹9.14 crore, and the company reports a ₹3.80 crore loss in the September quarter.

Lotus Chocolate Company reported a net loss of ₹3.80 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with a profit of ₹1.44 crore a year ago. Revenue fell 33.8% year-on-year to ₹10.92 crore.

Lotus Chocolate Company Limited reported a net loss for the second quarter ended 30 September 2026 as compared to a net profit in the same quarter last year.

The company's sales and revenue were also down on a year-to-year ‍‍‍basis.

The Lotus Chocolate share price closed at ₹658.90 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on 8 October 2026, which was an increase of almost 2% from its previous closing price.

Lotus Chocolate Company Limited reported revenue of ₹10.92 crore in Q2 FY27. This was down from ₹16.51 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Sales declined to ₹9.14 crore from ₹16.04 crore in Q2 FY26.

The company reported a net loss of ₹3.80 crore, compared with a net profit of ₹1.44 crore a year earlier. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) both stood at a loss of ₹2.96, against earnings of ₹1.12 per share in the year-ago quarter.

For the first half of the financial year that ended on 30 September 2026, Lotus Chocolate reported a revenue of ₹22.08 crore, compared with ₹32.74 crore in the corresponding period last year. Sales declined to ₹18.34 crore from ₹31.91 crore.

The company reported a net loss of ₹3.78 crore for the six-month period, compared with a net profit of ₹4.43 crore a year ago. Basic and diluted loss per share stood at ₹2.94, against earnings per share of ₹3.45 in the corresponding period last year.
