NCC Gets ₹1,077 Crore Order For Drinking Water Supply Project From Andhra Government

NCC has received a ₹1,076.71 crore drinking water supply order from Andhra Pradesh’s Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Department for a Multi Village Scheme on Yeleru Reservoir.

NCC Ltd has secured a ₹1,076.71 crore order, excluding goods and services tax (GST), from the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Visakhapatnam, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

The project has a construction period of 24 months. NCC said its promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the order. The company also stated that the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.

Following the announcement, NCC shares gained up to 5% on Tuesday, hitting a day's high of ₹137.30 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), at 09:16 am. However, by 01:23 PM on 29 September 2026, the shares were trading in red, down 2.55% on the NSE.

The order covers drinking water supply work under the Multi Village Scheme on Yeleru Reservoir. The project will serve the Anakapalli segment in Andhra Pradesh’s Anakapalli district.

NCC received the Letter of Acceptance for the project on 26 September 2026. A domestic entity has awarded the contract. The terms and conditions will follow the General Conditions of the Contract.
