Mold-Tek Packaging Sets 9 October As Record Date For 1:1 Bonus Issue
Mold-Tek Packaging has fixed 9 October 2026 as the record date for its 1:1 bonus share issue.

Mold-Tek Packaging has set 9 October 2026 as the record date for its bonus shares offering. Eligible shareholders will receive the bonus shares on the approved entitlement basis of fully paid-up equity shares.

Mold-Tek Packaging Limited has set 9 October 2026 as the record date for identifying shareholders eligible for bonus equity shares. The company's Board approved the decision at its meeting on 28 September 2026.

The bonus issue was earlier approved by the company's members at a shareholder meeting held on 21 September 2026. Under the approved structure, eligible shareholders will receive one bonus equity share for every one existing fully paid-up equity share held.

On Monday at 01:32 pm, Mold-Tek Packaging shares were trading at ₹650.75, down ₹19.11 or 2.85% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The stock opened at ₹668 against the previous close of ₹669.85, touched a high of ₹671.30 and fell to a low of ₹650.10.

The bonus shares will be issued by capitalising amounts from the securities premium account, free reserves or other permitted reserves or surplus, as required.

The securities will be credited as fully paid-up to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members on the record date.

The company has stated that the bonus shares will rank pari-passu in all respects with its existing fully paid-up equity shares. This means the newly allotted shares will carry the same rights as the existing equity shares from the applicable date.
