Milky Mist Q1FY27 Results: Profit Soars Nearly 10x; Stock Jumps 9%

Milky Mist Dairy Food reported a strong Q1FY27, with profit surging nearly 10x and revenue rising 43.6%. The results pushed the recently listed stock more than 9% higher, taking its gain to about 61% above the IPO price.
Milky Mist Dairy Food shares jumped more than 9% in Tuesday's trading session after the recently listed dairy company reported a sharp rise in June-quarter earnings. Strong revenue growth, higher volumes and wider operating margins drove the performance.
The stock opened at ₹230.79 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), 9.4% above its previous close, and was trading at ₹232.03 at 11:04 am, up 10%. At ₹226.05, the shares were up about 61% from the IPO price of ₹140 and 37% from the listing price of ₹165.
The Milky Mist share rally came after the company reported its first quarterly results since its August market debut.

Summer Demand Lifts Dairy Sales
Milky Mist said growth was broad-based during the quarter, with summer-focused categories benefiting from an extended hot season, particularly across South India.
Higher volumes, a stronger product mix and improved pricing also supported margins.

- Cheese: Revenue increased 38%
- Curd: Revenue rose 27%
- Ice cream: Sales climbed 60%
- Yoghurt: Revenue surged 153%
Gross margin expanded to 34.21% from 31.46% a year earlier.
IPO Gains Add To Investor Focus
Milky Mist listed on the NSE and BSE on August 18 following its ₹1,553-crore IPO. The issue included a ₹1,428-crore fresh issue and a ₹125-crore offer for sale (OFS).
The stock debuted at ₹165, marking a 17.9% premium to its ₹140 issue price.
For FY26, Milky Mist reported revenue of ₹3,138.36 crore, with revenue growing at a 31.26% CAGR between FY24 and FY26.
