Juniper Green Energy Limited has fully commissioned its 75 MW wind-solar hybrid power project under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with The Tata Power Company Limited, the company said in a stock exchange filing on 17 September 2026.

The company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Juniper Green Beam Eight Private Limited, commissioned the remaining 25 MW solar component at the project site on 17 September, completing the entire project.

The development follows Juniper Green Energy’s earlier disclosure on 12 August 2026 regarding the commissioning of additional capacity.

After the announcement, Juniper Green Energy share price climbed 1.24% in early trading on Friday to ₹260.45 apiece at 9:36 AM.

With the commissioning of the 25 MW solar component, the aggregate operational capacity of Juniper Green Energy and its subsidiaries has increased to around 2,725 MWp as of 17 September 2026.

The company also has around 500 MWh of battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity, according to the filing.

The newly commissioned project combines wind and solar power generation and operates under the PPA signed with Tata Power.
