IRFC Interim Dividend: Indian Railway Finance Corporation Sets Board Meeting For Q2 FY27 Results And Payout

Indian Railway Finance Corporation will consider its September quarter results and an interim dividend on 15 October.
Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC) has scheduled a Board meeting for 15 October 2026 to consider and approve its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026.
The Board will also consider declaring an interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. The company has set 23 October 2026 as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility, subject to dividend approval.
The IRFC stock will remain in focus ahead of the results and dividend decision. The IRFC share price closed at ₹76.15 on 7 October 2026, down 1.23%.
What Will IRFC Consider At The Board Meeting?
The Board will review the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. It will also consider the cash flow statement and statement of assets and liabilities as part of the financial review.
The company said the interim dividend, if approved, will be paid to eligible shareholders based on the 23 October record date.
IRFC's trading window has remained closed since 1 October and will continue to remain shut until 48 hours after the board meeting.
