IndiaMART Q1 FY27 Results: IndiaMART InterMESH reported that its consolidated revenue climbed 11% year-on-year to ₹414 crore and its net profit gained 12% to reach ₹172 crore.

In the June quarter, IndiaMART's consolidated revenue from operations increased 11% year-on-year to ₹414 crore, while net profit rose 12% to ₹172 crore.

The company generated ₹163 crore in cash flow from operations and ended the quarter with cash and investments of ₹3,553 crore, up 29% from a year ago. Deferred revenue stood at ₹2,014 crore, registering 16% annual growth.

On a standalone basis, EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation) came in at ₹149 crore, and the EBITDA margin remained healthy at 40%.

The company's core marketplace business continued to see healthy customer activity during the quarter. Standalone revenue grew 9% to ₹376 crore, driven primarily by improved realisation from paying suppliers. Customer collections increased 8% to ₹402 crore, while standalone deferred revenue rose 14% to ₹1,858 crore, indicating continued growth in the subscription business.

IndiaMART recorded 26 million unique business enquiries during the quarter, while supplier storefronts increased 5% year-on-year to 8.8 million. The number of paying suppliers stood at 218,000 at the end of June.

Chief Executive Officer Dinesh Agarwal said the company remained focused on building a more trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers while driving sustainable growth. He added that IndiaMART is using artificial intelligence across areas such as catalogue standardisation, intelligent matchmaking and conversational tools to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

The company also said its strong cash generation positions it well to create long-term value for stakeholders.

Contrary to expectations, on 22 July 2026, at 2:34 PM, IndiaMART's share price fell over 5.10% to ₹1,820.20 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
