Hindalco Industries Q2 FY2026-27 Results: Consolidated Net Profit Rises To ₹7,533 Crore, Revenue Reaches ₹91,708 Crore

Hindalco Industries Limited reported a consolidated net profit of ₹7,533 crore for Q2 FY27. This compares with ₹4,741 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased to ₹91,708 crore from ₹66,058 crore.

The company announced its unaudited financial results on 6 November 2026 for the quarter ended 30 September 2026.

Hindalco Industries shares closed at ₹958.40 at the National Stock Exchange today, up 2.19% from their previous close.

Hindalco Q2 FY27 Results: Consolidated Financial Performance

Hindalco's consolidated total income reached ₹92,651 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with ₹66,771 crore in Q2 FY26. Total expenses increased to ₹82,351 crore from ₹60,050 crore.

Profit before tax rose to ₹10,594 crore from ₹6,540 crore in the year-ago quarter. The company also reported exceptional income of ₹284 crore, against exceptional expenses of ₹182 crore a year earlier.

Basic earnings per share (EPS) increased to ₹33.93 from ₹21.35. Diluted EPS stood at ₹33.85, compared with ₹21.32 in the corresponding quarter last year.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, consolidated net profit increased from ₹7,013 crore in Q1 FY27. Revenue from operations also rose from ₹84,825 crore.

Hindalco Q2 Results 2026: Other Highlights

On a standalone basis, Hindalco reported a net profit of ₹5,132 crore in Q2 FY27. This compares with ₹2,266 crore in the same quarter last year.

Standalone revenue from operations increased to ₹35,369 crore from ₹24,780 crore. Total income reached ₹35,682 crore, against ₹25,030 crore in Q2 FY26.

Profit before tax stood at ₹6,866 crore, compared with ₹3,252 crore a year earlier. Basic EPS increased to ₹23.12 from ₹10.21.

Hindalco Segment Performance And Half-Year Results

Hindalco's Novelis segment recorded revenue of ₹56,798 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with ₹41,418 crore a year earlier. Aluminium upstream revenue increased to ₹13,364 crore from ₹10,078 crore.

The aluminium downstream segment reported revenue of ₹5,511 crore, against ₹3,809 crore in Q2 FY26. Copper segment revenue rose to ₹21,374 crore from ₹14,563 crore.

For the six months ended 30 September 2026, consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹176,533 crore, compared with ₹130,290 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Consolidated net profit for the half-year increased to ₹14,546 crore from ₹8,745 crore. Profit before tax stood at ₹19,987 crore, compared with ₹12,216 crore.
