IRCTC, BEML, Bajaj Holdings, Dixon Technologies and other stocks have dividend ex-dates this week, while TAAL Tech, Naturite Agro Products and Midwest Energy are set for stock splits.

Dividend Stocks This Week: Corporate actions are set to keep a wide group of stocks in focus during the trading week starting September 21, with more than 170 companies scheduled to have record dates for dividends, stock splits or other actions. IRCTC, BEML, Dixon Technologies, NLC India, Titagarh Rail Systems, Engineers India and Vedant Fashions are among the companies with key dates during the week.

The calendar is particularly active at the start of the week, with around 55 companies having record dates on Monday and more than 50 on Tuesday. More than 40 companies are scheduled for similar actions on Wednesday, while activity drops sharply on Thursday and Friday. Investors need to track the respective record dates and applicable ex-dates to determine eligibility for the announced corporate benefits. The list remains subject to changes if companies announce additional actions or revise their dates.

Around 55 companies have set September 21 as the record date for dividend-related corporate actions. Maharashtra Scooters has announced the highest payout among the companies on the list at ₹160 per share, followed by Bajaj Holdings & Investment with a dividend of ₹65 and Southern Gas with ₹60 per share.

Several other prominent names are also scheduled for corporate actions on Monday. Dixon Technologies has fixed the date for its ₹10-per-share final dividend, while Monte Carlo Fashions has announced ₹20 per share. Bharat Dynamics has declared a final dividend of ₹0.40 per share and Container Corporation of India has announced ₹1 per share. Vedant Fashions, the parent company of the Manyavar brand, has also fixed September 21 as the record date for its ₹7.75-per-share final dividend, equivalent to 775% on the company's ₹1 face value.

The Monday list also includes Kajaria Ceramics, Kingfa Science & Technology, Maithan Alloys, PNB Gilts and several other companies with dividend payments. Investors looking at these stocks need to account for the applicable settlement cycle when determining eligibility.

IRCTC shares will trade ex-dividend on September 22, with the company having announced a final dividend of ₹0.50 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The record date is also September 22. The proposed dividend is subject to approval at the company's annual general meeting scheduled for September 29.

IRCTC is among more than 50 companies whose shares are scheduled to trade ex-dividend on Tuesday. GOCL Corporation has announced the day's largest individual payout at ₹30 per share, followed by BEML with ₹12.28 per share and National Peroxide with ₹7 per share.

BEML has fixed September 22 as the record date for its final dividend of ₹12.28 per share. The stock will be among the prominent names trading ex-dividend on Tuesday, alongside IRCTC and several other companies.

NLC India will also feature in Tuesday's corporate-action list, with a dividend of ₹0.25 per share. KPI Green Energy has announced two payouts for the same date, a final dividend of ₹0.25 per share and a special dividend of ₹0.15 per share.

Titagarh Rail Systems will trade ex-dividend on September 23 for a dividend of ₹1 per share. The company is among more than 40 stocks scheduled for dividend-related corporate actions on Wednesday.

Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation has announced the highest payout among the Wednesday names at ₹9.50 per share, while Tyche Industries has declared ₹3.50 per share. Goodluck India and Talbros Engineering have announced dividends of ₹3 per share each.

Engineers India will be among the few companies with a corporate action scheduled for Thursday, September 24. The company has fixed the date for its final dividend of ₹2.50 per share. Adtech Systems is the only other company listed for a corporate action that day, with a dividend of ₹1.10 per share.

The stock-split calendar will see activity at both ends of the week. TAAL Tech's 1:5 split is scheduled for September 22, while Naturite Agro Products and Midwest Energy will undertake their respective splits on September 25.

Naturite Agro Products will split each ₹10 face-value share into two shares of ₹5 each. Midwest Energy will carry out a 1:10 split, reducing the face value from ₹10 to ₹1 per share

Investors tracking dividend and stock-split opportunities this week will need to keep an eye on the respective ex-dates and record dates. With several widely followed stocks lined up for corporate actions between September 21 and September 25, the calendar is likely to keep these names in focus through the week.
