Bosch Q1 FY 2026-27 Results
Bosch Q1 FY27 results show strong revenue growth led by its Mobility business

Bosch Q1 FY27 revenue rose 22% YoY to ₹5,841.9 crore, while EBITDA increased. PAT declined YoY due to an exceptional gain, but rose 23.4% QoQ as Mobility business led growth.

Bosch Limited reported higher revenue and profit for the June quarter. Revenue from operations rose from ₹4,788.6 crore to ₹5,841.9 crore on a year-on-year (YoY) basis, an increase of 22%.

The Mobility business was a key contributor, with Power Solutions, Mobility Aftermarket and two-wheeler powersports recording growth during the quarter.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased to ₹818 crore, from ₹639.3 crore in the year-ago quarter. Profit after tax (PAT) fell to ₹701.8 crore when compared to ₹1,115.4 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. Bosch attributed the decline to the exceptional gain recorded in Apr-Jun 2025 from the sale of its BT business.

On a sequential basis, PAT increased by 23.4%. Revenue increased 5% from ₹5,565.7 crore in Q4 FY26. EBITDA rose 4.7% to ₹818 crore.

The Bosch share price stood at ₹45,100.00 apiece on 11 August 2026 at 11:11 AM, up 3.67% from the previous close of ₹43,505, after the Q1 results were released on 10 August.

The Mobility business grew 25.7% year-on-year, supported by a 29% increase in Power Solutions, 9.6% growth in Mobility Aftermarket and a 41.4% rise in the two-wheeler segment. Consumer Goods revenue also increased 20.9% year-on-year.

Within the mobility portfolio, Bosch said its Powertrain division grew ahead of the market, with all major segments contributing, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, two-wheelers, three-wheelers and tractors.

The company also highlighted continued work around upcoming regulations. These include the updated CAFÉ Phase 3 norms, scheduled to roll out from April 2027, and new CV ADAS requirements that take effect for new models from January 2027 and for all models from October 2027.

Bosch said demand remained strong in its Mobility Aftermarket business, with growth across the independent aftermarket and original equipment segments. Lubricants, batteries, spark plugs, braking systems and rotating machinery were among the portfolios that contributed to the performance.

The company also reported continued demand in its Power Tools business, particularly from the construction and automotive sectors. The company is focusing on cordless products, expanding its portfolio and increasing its reach among key users and SMEs.

During the quarter, Bosch also received recognition from OEM customers for areas including delivery excellence, technology and innovation, R&D and quality performance. Its safety systems were integrated into an electric motorcycle of a leading two-wheeler manufacturer for commercial launch.
