Arvind SmartSpaces Shares Jump 11% After ₹500-Crore Project Bookings

Arvind SmartSpaces shares rose nearly 11% after its Bengaluru project, Arvind Sylva crossed ₹500 crore in bookings within 30 days. The bookings represent around 60% of the project's inventory by value.
Arvind SmartSpaces shares jumped 10.83% to ₹651.95 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday after the real estate developer reported bookings worth more than ₹500 crore from its latest Bengaluru residential project.
The company said Arvind Sylva – The Green Reserve has crossed ₹500 crore in bookings within 30 days of its launch. The bookings represent around 60% of the project's inventory by value.
Arvind SmartSpaces acquired the project outright in February 2026. The development has an estimated topline potential of around ₹860 crore.
At 10:48 AM, Arvind SmartSpaces share price stood at ₹648.85, up 10.26%.
Bengaluru Project Gets Strong Initial Response
Arvind Sylva is located on Sarjapur Road, a major residential corridor in Bengaluru with access to the Outer Ring Road, Electronic City and Whitefield.
The project is spread across 4.7 acres and has around 375 residences. More than 70% of the development is planned as open space, while the project will also have a clubhouse covering more than 15,000 square feet.
The development includes over 40 lifestyle amenities and more than 1,000 varieties of flora.
Priyansh Kapoor, Managing Director and CEO of Arvind SmartSpaces, said the project was the company's largest vertical development launch so far.
Arvind SmartSpaces Share Price Movement
The latest rise has taken Arvind SmartSpaces shares around 18% higher over the past week.
The stock has a 52-week high of ₹707.85, while the company's market capitalisation stood at around ₹2,705 crore after Wednesday's move.
Arvind SmartSpaces is part of the Lalbhai Group and has a real estate development portfolio of around 100.1 million square feet. The company was established in 2008 and is headquartered in Ahmedabad.
At current levels, the stock is trading at a price-to-earnings ratio of around 14.3 and a price-to-book ratio of 2.94.
