Suzlon Energy Limited Q4 FY26 Results: Revenue Rises 45%, Profit Above ₹1,100 Crore

Suzlon Energy Limited reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹5,468 crore and PAT of ₹1,114 crore, which were backed by record deliveries, strong order inflow and higher wind turbine execution.

Suzlon Energy Limited ended FY26 with its strongest-ever annual and quarterly India deliveries. On a consolidated basis, Suzlon reported Q4 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹5,468 crore, up 44.9% year-on-year from ₹3,774 crore in Q4 FY25.

On the National Stock Exchange, Suzlon Energy’s share price was up by 0.45% to close the day at ₹53.99 on 25 May 2026.

Suzlon’s Q4 Performance Summary

Revenue also increased 29.3% sequentially from ₹4,228 crore in Q3 FY26. Consolidated profit before tax rose 51.2% YoY to ₹833 crore, while profit after tax stood at ₹1,114 crore. Profit after tax (PAT) jumped 150.2% sequentially from ₹445 crore in Q3 FY26, although it was marginally lower compared to ₹1,181 crore reported in Q4 FY25 due to deferred tax adjustments.

Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter increased 39.1% YoY to ₹964 crore from ₹693 crore last year, while EBITDA margin came in at 17.6% compared to 18.4% in Q4 FY25. Net finance cost more than doubled YoY to ₹108 crore.

A major highlight during the quarter was record execution. Suzlon delivered 830 megawatt (MW) in Q4 FY26, its highest-ever quarterly India deliveries, compared to 573 MW in Q4 FY25 and 617 MW in Q3 FY26. Annual deliveries also touched a record 2,456 MW during FY26.

The wind turbine generator (WTG) business remained the biggest revenue contributor. Segment revenue from the WTG business rose 50.9% YoY to ₹4,742 crore during the quarter, while operation and maintenance services revenue increased 17.6% to ₹695 crore. Segment profit from the WTG business grew 42.1% YoY to ₹594 crore.

FY26 Highlights

For the full FY26 period, consolidated revenue increased 53.7% to ₹16,679 crore from ₹10,851 crore in FY25. EBITDA jumped 62.7% to ₹3,022 crore, while consolidated PAT rose 52.7% to ₹3,163 crore. Profit before tax climbed 67.4% to ₹2,422 crore.

Standalone FY26 revenue grew 48.1% to ₹15,054 crore, while standalone PAT nearly doubled to ₹4,111 crore from ₹2,105 crore in FY25.

Suzlon also strengthened its balance sheet during the year. The group reported a net cash position of ₹2,384 crore as of 31 March 2026, while consolidated other equity rose to ₹6,719 crore from ₹3,374 crore a year ago. Total consolidated assets increased to ₹18,869 crore from ₹12,960 crore in FY25.
