NBCC (India) Limited Q4 FY26 Results: Profit Soars 60%, Revenue Climbs 22% Due To Strong PMC Expansion

NBCC (India) Limited recorded a rise of 60.4% in standalone net profit year-on-year in the Jan-Mar quarter of FY26, which amounted to ₹220.06 crore. Its revenue also grew by 21.6% and reached ₹3,913.75 crore.

NBCC (India) Limited came out with very strong numbers for the quarter ending March 2026 in terms of both volumes and revenue. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹3,913.75 crore, rising 21.6% year-on-year from ₹3,218.84 crore reported in Q4 FY25. Revenue also increased sharply by 87.5% quarter-on-quarter compared to ₹2,087.54 crore in Q3 FY26.

On the National Stock Exchange, NBCC’s share price was already up by over 2% to reach ₹96.79 at the close of the market on 25 May 2026.

NBCC’s Q4 Performance Highlights

Standalone net profit for the quarter came in at ₹220.06 crore, up 60.4% YoY from ₹137.19 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. On a sequential basis, profit rose 11.9% from ₹196.60 crore in Q3 FY26. Profit before tax increased 57.5% YoY to ₹293.34 crore from ₹186.23 crore.

The company’s Q4 earnings were also aided by exceptional item reversals. NBCC reported a net exceptional gain reversal of ₹80.16 crore during Q4 FY26 compared to an exceptional loss of ₹95.96 crore in Q4 FY25. The reversal was linked to the reinstatement of the Kochi real estate project after the Hon’ble Supreme Court recalled its earlier order connected to environmental clearance issues.

Among business segments, PMC remained the biggest contributor. PMC revenue increased 30.4% YoY to ₹3,771.08 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹2,892.57 crore last year. Segment profit from PMC rose 57.4% YoY to ₹266.37 crore.

Performance In FY26

For the full FY26 period, standalone revenue rose 11.7% to ₹9,755.31 crore from ₹8,730.56 crore in FY25. Net profit increased 47.7% to ₹703.29 crore compared to ₹476.11 crore a year ago, while profit before tax rose 45% to ₹913.13 crore.

Project Management Consultancy (PMC) remained the key growth engine for the full year as well, with segment revenue rising 20.1% YoY to ₹9,392.89 crore. Real estate revenue declined 63.5% to ₹100.10 crore, while Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) revenue dropped 60.4% to ₹233.85 crore during FY26.

The board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.46 per share for FY26, compared to ₹0.14 per share last year. The company had also paid a third interim dividend of ₹0.12 per share during the financial year.
