Indian markets may open weak amid US-Iran tensions, with GIFT Nifty down 340 points. Key stocks in focus include Swiggy, Adani Green, Lupin, Muthoot Finance, and Larsen & Toubro.

The Indian stock indices may have a weak start following failed negotiations between Washington and Tehran. Also, the US naval blockade of Iran’s ports sparked negative sentiment among investors. Moreover, GIFT Nifty fell by 340 points and is hovering around 23,751.

Here is the list of stocks that are in focus:

Swiggy: The company is undergoing a significant leadership transition as its co-founder, Nandan Reddy, resigned to pursue independent ventures.

Adani Green: The company has announced a major increase of 35% on a year-on-year basis in its operational capacity.

Lupin: The pharmaceutical company launched Dapagliflozin tablets (5 mg and 10 mg) in the United States following the US FDA approval of its Abbreviated New Drug Application.

Muthoot Finance: The company’s board has approved an interim dividend of ₹30 per equity share for FY2025–26.

Mahindra & Mahindra: The company reported higher production and sales in March 2026. Additionally, one of its subsidiaries is planning to sell its entire 99.04% stake in Erkunt Foundry.

Larsen & Toubro: The company’s wholly owned subsidiary, L&T Realty Properties, has signed a deal to acquire a 100% stake in International Green Spaces.

General Insurance Corporation of India: The company received a demand notice from the Income Tax Department for the Assessment Year 2023-24 involving a sum of ₹350.47 crore.

Shriram Finance: The company received a green signal from the Indian stock indices for listing its 47 crore MUFG shares.

Gujarat State Petronet: The company received a revised income tax order reducing its assessed income from ₹1,683 crore to ₹1,435 crore.

Avenue Supermarts: The company issued commercial paper totalling ₹500 crore.
