NIIT Learning Systems Q4 FY26 Results: Revenue Rises 22% To ₹525 Crore

NIIT Learning Systems saw a 22% increase in revenue for Q4 FY26, reaching ₹525 crore. Its net profit rose to ₹77 crore. It has also proposed a dividend of ₹3.25 per share.

NIIT Learning Systems demonstrated decent growth in the last quarter of FY26. Consolidated revenue of the company was ₹525.2 crore in Q4 FY26, reflecting a 22% year-on-year (YoY) growth.

On 12 May 2026, the IT sector experienced a sharp decline. In response, NIIT Learning Systems' share price also fell by more than 9%, closing at ₹272.40 on the National Stock Exchange. It will be interesting to see how the markets will react after the company’s results announcement.

EBITDA stood at ₹100.2 crore, while EBITDA margin came in at 19.1%. Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹77.1 crore and earnings per share (EPS) was ₹5.61.

The company said growth during the quarter was supported by new client additions, strong renewals, and expansion of AI-led learning services. NIIT Learning Systems added five new annuity clients in Q4 FY26, including global financial institutions, a data centre and digital infrastructure company, an EV battery manufacturer, and a Fortune 50 technology company. Revenue visibility increased 18% YoY to USD 459 million.

During FY26, consolidated revenue rose 18% YoY to ₹1,952 crore. EBITDA stood at ₹395.7 crore with a margin of 20.3%, while PAT came in at ₹247.7 crore. The company added 21 new annuity clients during the year.

NIIT Learning Systems also expanded globally during FY26 through the acquisition of Germany-based MST Group and San Francisco-based SweetRush, Inc. The company said the acquisitions would strengthen its managed learning services capabilities and expand its presence across Europe and North America.

The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share for FY26.
