Grand Housing Limited is planning to launch its IPO through a 100% offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 3.55 crore equity shares. The IPO is aimed at enhancing market visibility and providing liquidity to existing shareholders.

The SEBI has approved the Grand Housing Ltd IPO on 17 April 2026. And the approval is valid for 12 months.

The IPO open and close dates are yet to be announced.

Grand Housing Limited works in the real estate space. It is based in Tamil Nadu. The company focuses on plotted developments in both residential and industrial segments.

Most of its projects are in Tamil Nadu. A large part of this is around Chennai. It develops land parcels and adds basic infrastructure. This includes roads, drainage, water supply, and electricity.

The company follows an asset-light approach. It works on a project basis and partners with contractors. This helps control costs and keeps operations flexible.

On the financial side, the company has seen strong growth. Revenue has gone up. Profits have also increased sharply in recent years.
