BSE Q4 FY26 Results: Profit Jumps 61% To ₹797 Crore

BSE saw a 61% increase in quarterly profit to ₹797 crore. Revenue also jumped 85% thanks to strong growth in transaction charges.

BSE reported a consolidated net profit of ₹797 crore in Q4 FY26, a 61% increase from ₹494 crore in the same quarter last year.

But even after a good result, on 8 May 2026 (3:05 pm), BSE’s share price had decreased by 1.48% to reach ₹3,904.80 on the National Stock ​‍​‌‍​‍‌Exchange.

Revenue for the quarter rose sharply by 85% YoY to ₹1,564 crore compared to ₹847 crore in Q4 FY25. Sequentially too, performance remained strong. Net profit increased 32% from ₹602 crore reported in Q3 FY26, while revenue rose 26% from ₹1,244 crore in the October-December quarter.

The biggest contributor to growth during the quarter was transaction charges. Revenue from transaction charges surged 114% YoY to ₹1,311 crore compared to ₹953 crore in the year-ago period. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, transaction charge revenue also increased 38% from ₹612 crore reported in Q3 FY26.

For the full financial year FY26, BSE reported consolidated revenue of ₹5,148 crore. EBITDA stood at ₹3,393 crore, while EBITDA margin came in at 48%.

The company has announced a final dividend of ₹10 per share with a record date of 10 July 2026.
