Wadhwa Group IPO: Mumbai Real Estate Developer Files Draft Papers With SEBI Through Confidential Route

The proposed listing would bring Wadhwa Group Holdings into the public markets, adding another Mumbai-focused real estate developer to India's IPO pipeline. The group has more than 250 projects across residential, commercial and township segments.
Wadhwa Group Holdings, the holding company of Mumbai-based real estate developer The Wadhwa Group, has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) through the confidential filing route for a proposed IPO.
The company has not disclosed the size or structure of the issue. Details such as the fresh issue, offer for sale, valuation and use of proceeds are expected to be made public as the IPO process progresses.
The filing marks Wadhwa Group's move towards a potential listing on the main board of the stock exchanges. The group was incorporated in 1982 and is promoted by the Wadhwa Group Family Trust.
Wadhwa Group's Mumbai Real Estate Business
The Wadhwa Group has projects across residential, commercial and township development in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The group said its completed, ongoing and future developments cover around 45 million square feet across more than 250 projects. It has a customer base of over 35,000 and counts more than 150 multinational corporations among its clients.
Its projects include The Capital and Platina in Bandra-Kurla Complex, The Address in Ghatkopar, W54 in Matunga, Solitaire in Powai and Aquaria Grande in Borivali.
Wadhwa Wise City in Panvel is among the group's flagship developments. The integrated township has so far delivered more than 3,000 homes.

Wadhwa Group Holdings reported revenue of around ₹1,047.5 crore in FY2025, up about 25% from the previous year, according to corporate filing data cited in reports.
The group is led by Managing Director Navin A. Makhija, while Vijay V. Wadhwa is its chairman and non-executive director.
The IPO process is at an early stage, and details on the issue size, pricing, valuation and listing timeline are yet to be disclosed.
