Vardhman Appliances files IPO papers with SEBI for a ₹250 crore fresh issue and OFS of up to 2.50 crore shares

Vardhman Appliances plans to use the IPO proceeds to set up a new project in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, and repay borrowings. Existing investors will also sell shares through the offer-for-sale component.

Vardhman Appliances has filed draft papers with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹250 crore and an offer for sale of up to 2.50 crore shares.

The company will use the fresh capital to set up a project in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, and repay or prepay borrowings. Some of the proceeds will be used to repay debt at its wholly owned subsidiary Lazer India. The balance will go towards general corporate purposes.

The OFS will include shares held by promoters and existing investors, including The Wealth Company Alternates Trust and India Inflection Opportunity Fund.

Vardhman Appliances makes fans, kitchen appliances, home comfort products and electrical components. It also provides original equipment manufacturing and original design manufacturing services.

Shreejikrupa Project has also filed draft IPO papers with SEBI. Its proposed issue includes a fresh issue of up to ₹410 crore and an OFS of up to ₹90 crore.

The ₹250 crore fresh issue will fund the Baghpat project and debt repayment. The company has not disclosed the IPO price band or issue dates at this stage.

Lazer India, its wholly owned subsidiary, will receive part of the proceeds for repayment of its outstanding borrowings.

The OFS will allow existing shareholders to sell part of their holdings in the public issue. No proceeds from the OFS will go to Vardhman Appliances.

Shreejikrupa Project is looking to raise ₹410 crore through a fresh issue and ₹90 crore through an OFS.

The company will use the fresh funds for capital expenditure, including the purchase and installation of equipment, machinery and scaffolding. A portion will also go towards its working capital requirements.

As of June 30, 2026, Shreejikrupa had 228 projects across 11 states and two Union Territories. Its order book stood at ₹3,700.80 crore.

For FY2026, revenue from operations was ₹1,385.68 crore, while profit stood at ₹79.34 crore.
