Vishal Nirmiti IPO Opens On 30 September With A ₹208-220 Price Band

The Vishal Nirmiti Limited initial public offering (IPO) will open for subscription on 30 September 2026 and close on 5 October 2026. The Pune-headquartered civil engineering, manufacturing and construction company has set the issue size at ₹178 crore, with the fresh issue increased to ₹145 crore from ₹125 crore proposed in its December 2025 draft papers.
The issue will also include an offer for sale (OFS) of 15 lakh shares by promoter entity Vaman Prestressing Company. The price band has been fixed at ₹208-220 per share. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) approved the company's draft IPO document in April 2026.
The Vishal Nirmiti IPO details also include an expected allotment date of 6 October 2026, followed by a tentative market debut on 8 October 2026. Saffron Capital Advisors has been appointed as the merchant banker.
Usage Of Proceeds And Order Book
The company plans to allocate ₹75 crore from the IPO’s net proceeds towards working capital and ₹19 crore towards repayment of debt. The remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes.
As of March 2026, its outstanding borrowings stood at ₹87.4 crore.
The Vishal Nirmiti order book was worth ₹581.8 crore as of June 2026. Railway-related pre-stressed concrete sleepers accounted for ₹306.9 crore. Infrastructure services involving mild steel pipes and mild steel liners contributed ₹146.8 crore.

The company's manufacturing portfolio extends beyond railway sleepers to precast and prestressed concrete products for different applications. It also fabricates and erects mild steel pipes, mild steel liners and penstock pipes for pumped storage projects.
Alongside manufacturing, Vishal Nirmiti provides engineering, procurement, infrastructure and construction services across railway, renewable power and industrial infrastructure projects.
Revenue for the financial year ending March 2026 grew 6.3% to ₹338.7 crore from ₹318.5 crore in the previous year. Net profit increased 5.66% to ₹24.97 crore from ₹23.6 crore.
