What Does Vaibhav Vyapaar Do?
Vaibhav Vyapaar is a financial institution that provides unsecured loans to people through its mobile app called LoanFront. Its target customers are salaried and self-employed people availing formal financial services for the first time.
The company manages the entire digital loan process, from customer verification and credit evaluation to loan disbursement and repayment.
Vaibhav Vyapaar’s draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) states that LoanFront had crossed 114 lakh app downloads by June 2026. Cumulative loan disbursements had reached ₹1,500 crore by that point.
Beyond lending money on its own, Vaibhav Vyapaar earns revenue by offering application and technology services to other NBFCs, providing another income source for the company.
How Have Revenue And Profit Changed?
Vaibhav Vyapaar’s revenue from operations rose to ₹36.80 crore in FY26 from ₹25.05 crore in FY25, according to its DRHP. Profit for the year increased to ₹1.97 crore from ₹1.48 crore.
The company’s assets under management stood at ₹70.68 crore on 31 March 2026, compared with ₹47.45 crore a year earlier. Its net worth was ₹27.22 crore, while its debt-to-equity ratio increased to 1.60 from 0.83.
The rise in borrowings alongside the expansion of its loan book will be an important aspect of Vaibhav Vyapaar’s financial position as it prepares to enter the public markets.
