India’s primary market is set for a busy week with 20 IPOs scheduled to open between September 28 and October 5, including four mainboard and 16 SME issues. SRIT India and Shah Investor’s Home IPOs will open on September 28, while Nityas Gems & Jewellery and Vishal Nirmiti are scheduled to open on September 30. The IPO calendar also includes multiple SME issues opening through the week.

Upcoming IPOs This Week: India’s primary market is set for a busy week as multiple companies are scheduled to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) from September 28, with the mainboard segment featuring SRIT India, Shah Investor’s Home and Nityas Gems & Jewellery. The IPO calendar also includes a large number of SME issues, making the week one of the more active periods for new share sales.

The upcoming IPOs will open across the mainboard and SME segments between September 28 and October 5. SRIT India and Shah Investor’s Home will open for subscription on September 28, while Nityas Gems & Jewellery is scheduled to enter the primary market on September 30.

The SRIT India IPO will open for subscription on September 28 and close on September 30. The company plans to raise ₹218.40 crore through a fresh issue of 1.68 crore equity shares.

The price band has been fixed at ₹123-130 per share, with a lot size of 115 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum application amount for retail investors works out to ₹14,950.

The Bengaluru-based company provides IT and IT-enabled services, including digital solutions, customised application development and system integration. According to the IPO details, proceeds from the fresh issue will be used towards capital expenditure for modernisation and redevelopment, working capital requirements, potential acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

The shares are scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on October 6, subject to completion of the IPO process.

Shah Investor’s Home will also open its IPO on September 28, with the issue closing on September 30. The retail broking company is looking to raise ₹90.17 crore through a fresh issue of 53.99 lakh shares.

The IPO price band has been set at ₹159-167 per share, while the lot size is 85 shares. This puts the minimum retail application amount at ₹14,195 at the upper end of the price band.

The issue does not have an offer-for-sale component. The company plans to use the proceeds primarily for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

Shah Investor’s Home provides equity and derivatives broking services, along with services related to mutual fund distribution, IPO investing and other securities.

The IPO is expected to be listed on the NSE and BSE on October 6.

Nityas Gems & Jewellery will open its IPO for subscription on September 30 and the issue will remain open until October 5.

The company is seeking to raise ₹108.35 crore through a fresh issue of 1.45 crore shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹70-75 per share, with a lot size of 200 shares.

At the upper end of the price band, the minimum application amount for retail investors is ₹15,000.

The company manufactures gold jewellery studded with lab-grown diamonds. The IPO proceeds are earmarked for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

The shares are scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on October 8.

The IPO activity will extend beyond the mainboard segment, with several SME companies also scheduled to launch their public issues during the week.

The SME IPO calendar includes Acme Universal Safezone 9, Shivchem Agro, Pind Hospitality, Shree TNB Polymers, Vans Electroengineerings, Papadmalji Agro Foods, Black Opal Consultants, EverestIMS Technologies, Omara Ventures India, Sollfege Smart Electronics, Eventions, SJP Ultrasonics, Dove Soft, TNA Solutions, Acme India Industries and Paramount Syntex.

Among these, Acme Universal Safezone 9, Shivchem Agro, Pind Hospitality and Shree TNB Polymers are scheduled to open on September 28. Vans Electroengineerings, Papadmalji Agro Foods, Black Opal Consultants and EverestIMS Technologies are scheduled to open on September 29.

A larger batch of SME issues, including TNA Solutions, Omara Ventures India, Sollfege Smart Electronics, Eventions, Acme India Industries, Paramount Syntex, SJP Ultrasonics and Dove Soft, is scheduled to open on September 30.

The minimum retail application requirements for these SME issues are substantially higher than those for the mainboard IPOs, with several issues requiring more than ₹2 lakh per application.

The primary-market activity will also include several IPO listings during the week. FX Multitech, Vivekanand Cotspin and Robokidz Eduventures are scheduled to list on September 28. Himalaya Nutravedics, Varmora Granito and Anand Seamless are scheduled for listing on September 29.

On September 30, Elevate Campuses, Core Integra Consulting, ArMee Infotech, SK Offset, Liqvd Digital, Unitec Fibres, Swastika Infra, Pooja Logistics and Adroit Industries are scheduled to list.

Peshwa Wheat, Moneyview, A-One Steels and Green Asia Impex are scheduled for October 1, while Roopa Screen is also slated for listing on the same day.

With new IPOs opening alongside a series of scheduled listings, the final week of September is expected to see considerable activity across India's primary market.
