SNVA Traveltech files updated IPO papers with SEBI for an offer for sale of 12.75 crore shares.

SNVA Traveltech has filed updated IPO papers with SEBI. The proposed issue involves an offer for sale of up to 12.75 crore shares.

SNVA Traveltech has submitted updated draft papers to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its proposed initial public offering (IPO). The issue will consist entirely of an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 12,75,25,000 equity shares, with a face value of ₹1 each. The company will not issue any fresh shares.

Promoters Alok Kumar Singh and Vivek Kumar Singh will sell their shares through the offering. Since the IPO is entirely an OFS, SNVA Traveltech will not receive any proceeds from the issue. The funds, after deducting applicable offer-related expenses, will go to the selling shareholders.

Equirus Capital Limited and Anand Rathi Advisors Limited have been appointed as the book-running lead managers for the IPO, while KFin Technologies will serve as the registrar to the issue.

SNVA Traveltech reported a 73.7% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹70.81 crore in FY26. The company had recorded a profit of ₹40.77 crore in FY25.

Revenue from operations increased 58.1% to ₹189.11 crore in FY26, compared with ₹119.59 crore in the previous financial year.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 70.4% to ₹89.89 crore. The company had reported EBITDA of ₹52.74 crore in FY25.

Its EBITDA margin improved to 47.53% in FY26 from 44.10% in FY25.

SNVA Traveltech operates Travomint, a technology-driven online travel agency (OTA) that primarily focuses on flight bookings. The platform also provides hotel reservations, airport transfers, travel insurance, car rentals and customised holiday packages.

The company follows an asset-light business model and serves customers across domestic and international markets.
