Shiprocket shares made a strong start on the stock market. On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the shares opened at ₹129.50, giving investors a 33.51% gain over the issue price.

On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the stock was listed at ₹131, up 35.05% from the issue price.

The Shiprocket initial public offering (IPO) issue opened on 12 August and closed on 14 August. The ₹1617.48-crore IPO comprised a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹885.48 crore and ₹732 crore. The company had set the price band at ₹92–₹97 per share.

By the time the bidding closed, the issue had been subscribed 99.38 times overall, underlining the strong demand for the offering.

The retail portion was subscribed 46.42 times. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) showed particularly strong interest. They subscribed to their quota 122.80 times. The non-institutional investor (NII) category also saw heavy demand, with its portion subscribed 88.99 times.
