Pranav Constructions Ltd will launch its maiden public issue on 7 September. The company, which focuses on redevelopment projects in Mumbai’s western suburbs, will raise fresh capital while an existing investor will sell part of its holding through an offer for sale (OFS).
The price band for the initial public offering (IPO) is expected to be announced separately in the next few sessions.

Where Will The IPO Money Go?
Pranav Constructions plans to use a large portion of the fresh issue proceeds to support its redevelopment operations. About ₹145.7 crore has been earmarked for redevelopment-related expenses.
The spending will cover government and statutory approvals, the purchase of additional floor space index, and compensation to members for alternative accommodation and hardship.
Another ₹91.5 crore will be used for debt repayment. The remaining proceeds are planned for acquiring future redevelopment projects and general corporate purposes.

The company recorded growth across both revenue and profit in FY26.

Revenue grew nearly 20% during the year but profit grew more slowly. That suggests continued business growth, although profitability didn’t grow as fast as the top line.
Pranav Constructions’ Project Pipeline
Pranav Constructions, which focuses on redevelopment projects in Mumbai’s western suburbs, had completed 28 projects with a total developable area of 1.42 million square feet as of March 2026.
The company also had 20 redevelopment projects under construction, covering 1.63 million square feet. Another 17 projects were in the upcoming pipeline, with a combined developable area of 1.96 million square feet.
