Orient Cables (India) has fixed the price band for its initial public offering (IPO) at ₹258-272 per share. The Orient Cables IPO will open on 25 September 2026 and close on 29 September 2026, with the anchor book scheduled to open for a day on 24 September 2026.

The company is a Gurugram-based manufacturer of networking cables and passive networking equipment. It is targeting a valuation of ₹3,095.3 crore at the upper end of the price band.

Here are the key details of the IPO:

The fresh issue forms the primary capital-raising component of the Orient Cables IPO. Of the net proceeds, ₹91.5 crore will be used to purchase machinery and equipment and undertake civil works at the company’s manufacturing facilities.

Another ₹155.5 crore is earmarked for debt reduction. Orient Cables had total outstanding borrowings of ₹258.4 crore as of June 2026. The remaining balance of the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The company recorded revenue of ₹1,171.6 crore in the year ended March 2026, up 42% from ₹825 crore in the previous year. Its net profit increased 0.5% to ₹53.6 crore from ₹53.3 crore.

For the quarter ended June 2026, the company reported ₹489.1 crore in revenue and ₹32.7 crore in net profit.

Orient Cables manufactures networking cables, speciality power cables and optical fibre cables, with a capacity of 8.95 lakh kilometres (km). Its product portfolio also includes wire and cable harness assemblies, keystone jacks, power strips and power cords. These products are manufactured at the two plants located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
