LCC Projects IPO Listing: Shares List At Over 31% Premium

LCC Projects shares listed at over 31% premium on the BSE. The issue was oversubscribed by 48.51 times overall and 25.56 times in the retail category.
Shares of LCC Projects made a strong debut on the domestic stock exchanges. The stock opened at ₹191.90 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), a premium of 31.44%. On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), it opened at ₹189 apiece, translating into a premium of 29.45%. The issue price was ₹146 per share.
LCC Projects IPO And Subscription Details
The ₹427.1-crore LCC Projects IPO (Initial Public Offering) opened for subscription on 9 September 2026 and closed on 11 September. The mainboard IPO received a strong response from investors, with the overall subscription reaching 48.51 times.
The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) quota received the maximum subscription, with the reserved portion getting subscribed by over 78.69 times. The non-institutional investor (NII) category was subscribed 62.99 times, whereas the retail portion was subscribed 25.56 times (as per the exchange data).
The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 1.77 crore equity shares worth ₹258 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.16 crore shares worth ₹169.14 crore.
