LCC Projects is set to launch its maiden ₹427.1 crore IPO on 9 September 2026. The issue includes a fresh share sale of up to ₹258 crore and an OFS of 1.15 crore shares by promoters.
LCC Projects, a Gujarat-based engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company focused on irrigation and water supply projects, will open its maiden initial public offering (IPO) on 9 September 2026.
The public issue will close on 11 September 2026. The company plans to raise around ₹427.1 crore through a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS).
The price band has been set at ₹139-146 per share. At the upper end of the band, the company will have a valuation of ₹4,229.2 crore.

LCC Projects Order Book And Funds Utilisation
The company's order book as of March 2026 was ₹7,953.1 crore, providing visibility for its EPC operations. Irrigation and water supply projects made up 83% of the pipeline.
LCC Projects undertakes projects involving dams, barrages, weirs, hydraulic structures, canals and pipe distribution networks. Its work also includes lift irrigation and water supply schemes.
The company will use the fresh issue proceeds from the IPO for three key purposes. An amount of ₹14.6 crore has been earmarked for purchasing equipment, while ₹180 crore will go towards repaying certain borrowings. The remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes.
Its consolidated borrowings stood at ₹1,817.7 crore as of July 2026. Thus, debt repayment would be a significant part of the proposed use of funds.
LCC Projects Financial Performance
The company’s profit for the financial year ended March 2026 was ₹286.4 crore, marking a 28.1% increase from the previous year. Revenue rose 23.4% to ₹3,600.3 crore over the same period.
The company operates in a segment that includes large-scale irrigation and water infrastructure projects. It competes with listed companies such as Vishnu Prakash R Punglia and Enviro Infra Engineers.
