As on 10 August 2026, 05:00 PM IST, the allotment for the LAPL Automotive IPO of ₹32 crores is expected to be finalized on 11 August 2026. Investors can check the allotment status through Maashitla Securities Private Limited or on the BSE SME website using their PAN number or application number.

The subscription for the LAPL Automotive IPO closed on 10 August 2026. The IPO was open for bidding from 06 August 2026 to 10 August 2026 and was priced in the range of ₹88 to ₹94 per share. The total issue size was ₹32.

Shares are expected to be credited to investors’ demat accounts on 12 August 2026, while the IPO is scheduled to list on BSE SME on 13 August 2026.

If you get LAPL Automotive IPO allotment, the company’s shares will be credited to your demat account on 12 August 2026, based on your allotment. Once the shares are credited, the amount blocked in your bank account will be debited accordingly.

After the IPO is listed on 13 August 2026 on the BSE SME, you may choose to either hold the shares as a long-term investment or sell them in the market.

LAPL Automotive Limited was incorporated on November 30, 2004 as LAPL Automotive Private Limited, a private limited company pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated November 30, 2004 issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Further, Company was converted into a public limited company and the name was changed to LAPL Automotive Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 13, 2024 was issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.Company is engaged in designing, manufacturing and supply of a wide range of automotive components and accessories. The product portfolio caters to the wide spectrum of vehicles, including twowheelers, threewheelers, fourwheelers and heavy vehicles. The Company set up its manufacturing unit at Waluj, Aurangabad for production Automotive Lighting components in 2012. Later, it opened a Motor Division and Assembling Unit in unit C241 in 2017. Since then, Company has grown organically by establishing two more manufacturing plants and diversifying product portfolio from lighting division to mirror division, motor divisions, hoods and other accessories for twowheelers, threewheelers, fourwheelers and heavy vehicles. Presently, Company operates three manufacturing units in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Companys present product portfolio segment consists of (i) the lighting segment, which includes tail lamps, front and rear indicators, reflex reflectors, head lamp, stop lamp, position lamp, reverse lamp and roof lamp and more, (ii) the mirror segment offering rear view mirrors (iii) the motor segment, which covers starter motor, wiper motor, rotors etc. and (iv) other components and accessories segment such as hood, stators, small BLDC fans and many more for various spectrum of vehicles. The Company is operating as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) and Original Brand Manufacturer (OBM) with the brand LAPL. Under ODM, it design and manufacture automotive components for customers who either distribute them under their own brands or integrate them into vehicle production. Under OBM vertical, it has complete control over the entire process, from design and engineering to manufacturing, branding, marketing and sales.Company is planning an IPO by raising funds aggregating to Rs 25.2 Crore equity shares by issuing 32,40,000 Equity Shares through fresh issue.
