HD Fire Protect, a Mumbai-based fire protection equipment manufacturer, has set the stage for its public-market debut with a ₹258-271 initial public offering (IPO) price band. The issue will be open from 13 October to 15 October 2026.
The company is seeking a valuation of ₹4,750 crore. It has also reserved ₹1.75 crore worth of shares for employees at a ₹25 per share discount to the final offer price.
The HD Fire Protect IPO is entirely an offer for sale (OFS), meaning the company itself will not receive any proceeds from the issue. After expenses, the net proceeds will go to the selling shareholders.

About HD Fire Protect
The company manufactures fire protection equipment and systems based on water, foam and gas suppression technologies. Its products serve both domestic and international markets.
Domestic operations contributed 65% of revenue from operations in fiscal 2026, while international markets accounted for the remaining 35%.
The company’s profit rose 6.4% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹116.8 crore for the year ended March 2026, while revenue increased 13.05% to ₹489.3 crore. The company posted a profit of ₹23.8 crore and revenue of ₹109 crore for the quarter ended June 2026.
