The initial public offering (IPO) is a mainboard issue and was listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The shares were listed at a premium compared with the IPO issue price of ₹182 per share.
On the NSE, the Glass Wall Systems shares opened at ₹194, representing a 6.59% premium over the IPO price. On the BSE, the stock debuted at ₹190.10, reflecting a 4.45% premium over the issue price.
Glass Wall Systems IPO And Subscription Details
The Glass Wall Systems IPO carried a price band of ₹172-182 per share. The issue was open for subscription from 8 to 10 September 2026. The IPO was valued at ₹427.89 crore and had a lot size of 82 shares.
The issue comprised a fresh issue of 32.97 lakh shares worth ₹60 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.02 crore shares worth ₹367.89 crore.
The Glass Wall Systems IPO received an overall subscription of 81.62 times. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) category was subscribed 167.93 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category saw subscription of 79.71 times. The retail portion was subscribed 33.18 times.
