Kanohar Electricals IPO Listing: Shares List At A Premium Of 8%

Kanohar Electricals’ shares made a positive debut on the stock exchanges on 16 September 2026. They were listed at a premium of 8% over the IPO issue price. The stock opened at ₹685.50 on the NSE and at ₹672.05 on the BSE.
Kanohar Electricals made its debut on stock exchanges today, i.e., 16 September 2026. The initial public offering (IPO) of Kanohar Electricals was a mainboard issue and its shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The shares were listed at a premium of 8% compared with the IPO issue price of ₹632 per share in the upper price band. On the NSE, the shares opened at ₹685.50 apiece. On the BSE, the stock was listed at ₹672.05 apiece.
Kanohar Electricals IPO And Subscription Details
The Kanohar Electricals IPO carried a price band of ₹601–632 per share. It was open for subscription from 8 September to 10 September. The IPO was valued at ₹1,056 crore and had a lot size of 23 shares. The issue comprised a fresh issue of ₹300 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹756 crore.
Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) led the subscription figures at 215.37 times, followed by non-institutional investors (NIIs) at 87.74 times. The retail portion was subscribed 20.51 times. MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd was the book running lead manager of the IPO, while Nuvama Wealth Management and IIFL Capital Services Ltd were registrars to the issue.
