Glass Wall Systems IPO opens on 8 September at a price band of ₹172–182.

Glass Wall Systems (India) will launch its IPO on 8 September with a ₹172–182 price band. The issue seeks to raise around ₹428 crore through fresh shares and an OFS. 

Glass Wall Systems (India) has fixed the price band for its maiden public issue at ₹172–182 per share, with the initial public offering (IPO) set to open for subscription on 8 September 2026. At the upper end of the price band, the company is seeking a valuation of ₹1,600.4 crore. The total issue size is pegged at around ₹428 crore.

The Glass Wall Systems (India) IPO will close on 10 September. The anchor book for institutional investors will open on 7 September. The Mumbai-based façade solutions provider will raise up to ₹60 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares.

Promoters and an investor will sell 2.02 crore shares through an offer for sale (OFS), valued at ₹367.8 crore at the upper end of the price band. India Business Excellence Fund IIA, which holds a 25.84% stake in Glass Wall Systems (India), will offload 1.49 crore shares through the OFS.

Note that Vistra ITCL (India), the trustee of Business Excellence Trust II – India Business Excellence Fund II, holds a 9.78% stake in Glass Wall Systems (India). Promoters own a 64.38% stake in the company.

The allotment of shares of the Glass Wall Systems (India) IPO is expected to be finalised on 11 September. The company’s shares are expected to list on the stock exchanges on 16 September. IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are the book-running lead managers for the IPO.

Of the fresh capital, ₹50 crore will be used to establish a glass processing unit at its Vile Bhagad facility. The company reported a profit of ₹83.8 crore for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, up 45.7% from ₹57.5 crore in the previous year. Revenue rose 64.2% to ₹457 crore in FY26 from ₹278.3 crore a year earlier.

Glass Wall Systems will be the third mainboard company to open its IPO on 8 September, alongside Kanohar Electricals and Prasol Chemicals.
