Gaja Alternative Asset Management Limited shares began trading on a positive note on the domestic stock exchanges. The stock opened at ₹185.20 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), a 15.75% premium over its issue price, and at ₹185 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), representing a 15.63% gain.
Gaja Alternative Asset Management Ltd IPO And Subscription Details
Gaja Alternative Asset Management initial public offering (IPO) was open for subscription from 19 August to 21 August. It had fixed the IPO price band at ₹152–160 per share. The ₹550 crore issue comprised a fresh issue of 2.81 crore shares worth ₹450 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 63 lakh shares valued at ₹100 crore.
Gaja Alternative Asset Management IPO received a strong response from investors, with the issue subscribed 31.33 times overall. Investors placed bids for a total of 2.53 crore shares on offer. Among investor categories, the retail portion was subscribed 11.04 times. The non-institutional investors (NII) segment was subscribed 62.35 times. The qualified institutional buyers (QIB) category witnessed the highest demand, with the issue subscribed 43.58 times.
