Noida-based Ekkaa Electronics (India) has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a ₹725 crore initial public offering (IPO). The DRHP was filed on 24 September 2026.
The proposed issue includes a ₹525 crore fresh issue and a ₹200 crore offer for sale (OFS) by promoter Chandra Prakash Gupta and his wife, Madhuri Gupta.
The company may also raise up to ₹105 crore through a pre-IPO placement before filing the red herring prospectus (RHP) with the Registrar of Companies. If completed, the amount raised through the pre-IPO round would reduce the size of the fresh issue accordingly.
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and Shannon Advisors are managing the Ekkaa Electronics IPO as merchant bankers.
