Augmont Enterprises Ltd’s shares began trading on a positive note on the domestic stock exchanges. They listed at a premium of over 21%. The stock opened at ₹956 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), a premium of 21.32%. On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), it opened at ₹961 apiece, translating into a premium of 21.95%.
Augmont Enterprises IPO And Subscription Details
The ₹825-crore Augmont Enterprises initial public offering (IPO) was open for subscription from 21 August to 25 August 2026 at a fixed price of ₹788 per share.
The Augmont Enterprises IPO comprised a fresh issue of 78.68 lakh shares worth ₹620 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 26.02 lakh shares aggregating to ₹205 crore. Nuvama Wealth Management acted as the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India was the registrar to the issue.
The issue was subscribed 111 times. It was driven by strong demand from qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), whose portion was subscribed 238 times. The non-institutional investor (NII) quota was subscribed 127 times, while retail and employee portions were subscribed 32.65 and 22.22 times, respectively.
