Adroit Industries IPO Listing: Shares List At Over 86% Premium On BSE

Adroit Industries’ shares are listed at a premium of over 86% to the issue price on BSE. The issue was oversubscribed by 176.85 times overall and 99.81 times in the retail category.
Shares of Adroit Industries began trading on the domestic stock exchanges on a strong note. The stock opened at ₹250 apiece on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), a premium of 86.57%. On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), it opened at ₹235 apiece, translating into a premium of 75.37%. The issue price was ₹134 per share.
Adroit Industries IPO And Subscription Details
The ₹150.71-crore Adroit Industries initial public offering (IPO) opened for subscription on 23 September 2026 and closed on 25 September. The mainboard IPO received an overwhelming response from investors, with the overall subscription reaching 176.85 times.
The non-institutional investor (NII) quota received the maximum subscription, with the reserved portion getting subscribed by over 332.35 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category was subscribed by 195.04 times, whereas the retail portion was subscribed by 99.81 times.
The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 98.97 lakh equity shares worth ₹132.62 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 13.50 lakh shares worth ₹18.09 crore.
