Swastika Infra’s shares made a solid debut on the stock exchanges on 30 September 2026, listing at a premium of over 8% to the IPO issue price. The stock opened at ₹200 apiece on both the BSE and NSE. Read more.

Swastika Infra made its debut on the stock exchanges today, i.e., 30 September 2026. The initial public offering (IPO) of Swastika Infra was a mainboard issue and its shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The shares were listed at a premium of over 8% compared with the IPO issue price of ₹185 per share in the upper price band. On the BSE and NSE, the shares opened at ₹200 apiece.

The Swastika Infra IPO carried a price band of ₹175–185 per share. It was open for subscription from 23 September to 25 September. The IPO’s size was pegged at around ₹161 crore and had a lot size of 81 shares.

The issue comprised a fresh issue of ₹128.50 crore and an offer of sale of up to ₹32.38 crore. The Swastika Infra IPO received an overall subscription of 7.60 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 3.22 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category was booked 18.50 times. The retail portion was subscribed 5.39 times.

Srujan Alpha Capital Advisors LLP and PhillipCapital (India) Pvt Ltd were the book-running managers of the IPO, while MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd was the issue registrar.

Swastika Infra focuses on engineering and construction work for power transmission and distribution projects. The company offers turnkey solutions covering project design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning.

Its operations include executing power infrastructure projects for utilities and other requirements across different regions of India.
